Licence terms

1. What you are buying

A licence to install and use the InvestEdge software on one domain, for the term of the plan you purchased. The software is licensed, not sold: we keep ownership of it and of everything in it.

2. What you may do

• Install it on one active domain, on hosting you control
• Operate it commercially and keep everything it earns
• Change its branding, content, theme and settings
• Move it to another domain by releasing the current one from your customer area
• Keep a private backup copy for restoring your own installation

3. What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the software, in whole or in part
• Decompile, decode or otherwise attempt to recover the source
• Remove, disable or circumvent the licence check
• Run more active installations than you hold licences for

Breaching this section ends the licence immediately and without refund.

4. Domain locking

A licence has no domain until you activate it. The first successful activation records the domain it was made from, and the licence is bound to it from then on. You can release and re-bind it yourself from your customer area — you do not need to ask us, and you do not need to tell us a domain when you buy.

5. Licence verification

Your installation contacts our licence server a few times a day over HTTPS. Each reply is cryptographically signed, and your installation refuses anything it cannot verify. The check never runs while a visitor waits for a page.

The request carries your licence key, the domain being served, the product version and the PHP version. It carries nothing about your members — no personal data, no balances, no traffic figures.

If our server is unreachable, your installation keeps running through an offline grace window counted from the last successful exchange, so an outage on our side or a network problem on yours does not take your site down.

6. When a licence ends

When a licence expires, is suspended or is revoked, the administration area of your installation stops opening. The member-facing platform keeps working: your users can log in, see their balances, and their investments and withdrawals continue to process.

We hold to that separation deliberately. A dispute between you and us must not stand between your members and their own money.

Separately, and only in cases such as a pirated copy or a demonstrably fraudulent platform, an installation can be shut down entirely. That is a manual decision. It is never triggered by an unpaid invoice, an expiry or a suspension.

7. Updates and support

While your licence is valid, updates and security fixes are available from your customer area, and email support covers the software itself: defects, installation problems and questions about intended behaviour. It does not cover legal or regulatory advice about your business, nor configuring your accounts with third-party payment processors.

8. Payment and refunds

Prices are in US dollars and paid in cryptocurrency. Crypto payments are not reversible, so we do not offer automatic refunds. A free thirty-day demo licence gives you the complete platform on your own hosting before you spend anything, and we would much rather you used it. If something goes genuinely wrong on our side, contact us — we will deal with it properly rather than hide behind this paragraph.

9. Your responsibility as an operator

InvestEdge is software. It is not a financial service, it is not investment advice, and we are not a party to anything you offer your users. Whether you may lawfully operate an investment, savings or yield product — under what authorisation, with what disclosures, and subject to what anti-money-laundering obligations — depends entirely on your jurisdiction and on what you actually offer.

Establishing that, and complying with it, is yours alone. Take legal advice in your country before you accept a single deposit.

10. No warranty beyond the law

The software is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of defects. To the extent the law allows, our total liability under this licence is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost data or losses your users suffer. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy notice

What this site collects

This storefront is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no tracking script. The only outbound request it can make is to Google Translate, and only if you pick a secondary language from the selector — in which case the page text is sent to Google to be translated. Leave it on English and nothing is loaded from Google at all.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary web server logs, including IP addresses, for security and diagnostics.

What we collect when you buy

Your email address, your order and payment reference, and the licence issued to you. If you request a demo, the details you submit on that form. We use them to deliver and support your licence, and to contact you about it. We do not sell them and we do not share them for advertising.

What your installation sends us

Only the licence check described in section 5: your key, your domain, the product version and the PHP version. Never your members' data.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Erasure has one limit worth stating plainly: we keep the record of orders and issued licences for as long as we must for accounting and anti-fraud purposes.
