Questions worth answering properly
If yours is not here, ask — the answer usually ends up on this page.
Buying
How do I buy, and what do you ask for?
Pick a plan on the checkout page, choose a cryptocurrency, and give us your email address. That is the only field. It is how the licence reaches you, so it is the one thing we genuinely need.
Once the payment is confirmed, the order, the licence and your customer area invitation are all created automatically. You never click "generate a licence" — it is already waiting for you.
Can I create an account before buying?
No, and that is deliberate. There is no public sign-up anywhere: buying is the only way an account comes into existence. It means every account belongs to a real customer, and there is no sign-up spam to wade through.
You can still get a free demo licence without paying — see below.
Which payment methods do you take?
Cryptocurrency only — through NOWPayments, PayKassa, or a direct transfer to a fixed address that we verify by hand. No cards and no bank transfers.
It keeps the whole thing simple: no processor to satisfy, no holds, no chargebacks. The trade-off is that payments are not reversible, which is precisely why the demo licence exists.
Can I buy more than one licence?
Yes. Buy again with the same email address and the new licence joins your existing account — we never create a second one for the same person. One customer area, as many licences as you run sites.
The demo
What is in the demo licence?
The whole platform, for thirty days, on your own hosting. Nothing is removed, nothing is watermarked and no screen is disabled. It is the same code a paying customer installs — that is the only kind of trial worth having.
Does the demo turn into a paid licence?
Buying gives you a new key. Your data, your settings and your members stay where they are — you swap the key in the admin licence screen and carry on.
Installing and hosting
What kind of hosting do I need?
PHP 8.3 and MySQL, on ordinary shared hosting. No shell access, no background
worker, no permanent process. The platform is deliberately written for accounts
where exec, shell_exec and proc_open are
disabled — backups, scheduling and payouts are all pure PHP.
A cron entry calling the scheduler each minute is recommended. Without one, the platform still runs correctly on site traffic alone; it simply reacts less often.
How hard is the installation?
Upload the files, open the site in a browser, and the installer walks you through prerequisites, database details and the first admin account. There is no command to run and no file to edit by hand.
Do you install it for me?
Not as part of the licence price. Ask us — if your hosting is standard it is a short job, and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth paying for.
Licensing
How does the licence check work?
Your installation asks our server a few times a day, over HTTPS, and the answer is cryptographically signed. It never happens while a visitor waits for a page: the check runs on a schedule, so a slow or unreachable licence server cannot slow your site down.
If our server is unreachable, your installation keeps working through an offline grace window measured from the last successful exchange.
What exactly happens if my licence lapses?
Your admin area stops opening, and it tells you why with a field to enter a new key. Everything your members touch keeps working: they log in, they see their balances, their investments keep accruing, their withdrawals keep processing.
That separation is a rule we hold to. A billing disagreement between you and us must never stand between a third party and their own money.
Can I move my licence to another domain?
Yes. The licence locks onto the domain it is first activated on — nobody has to tell us the domain in advance, and you can buy before you have picked hosting. To move it, release the domain from your customer area and activate again on the new one.
Can I run it on a staging or test copy?
A licence covers one active domain. For a staging copy, ask us — we would rather give you a way to test upgrades safely than have you find out on your live site.
Running it
Do you take a cut of what my platform handles?
No. No commission, no revenue share, no per-member fee. Your payment processor accounts are yours; money moves between your members and your accounts, and never through us.
Can I change how it looks?
Yes. Logo, colours, site name, email templates and legal pages are all editable from the back office. Beyond that, the theme engine lets a designer override any single page while everything else keeps working — a theme can be three files or forty-five.
Is my data mine?
Entirely. It lives in your database on your hosting. The only thing that ever leaves your server for us is the licence check, which carries your key, your domain and your version — nothing about your members.
The platform also ships with a member data export and an account deletion request flow, so you can meet a data request without writing SQL.
What support is included?
Email support while your licence is valid, for the software itself: bugs, installation problems, and questions about how a feature is meant to work.
What is not included: legal or regulatory advice about the business you run on it, and configuring your merchant accounts with your processors.
Legal
Is it legal to run a platform like this where I live?
We cannot answer that, and we will not pretend otherwise. InvestEdge is software. Whether you may operate an investment or savings product, under what licence, and with what disclosures, depends entirely on your jurisdiction and on what you actually offer.
Ask a lawyer in your country before you take a single deposit. That is not a disclaimer we are hiding behind — it is genuinely the order to do things in.
