Built around what breaks in production
Most of this software's design comes from failures that cost real money — payouts silently lost, refused withdrawals stuck with the member's balance already debited, settings that looked wired and did nothing. Those are the parts you cannot see in a demo, and they are the parts that matter at month three.
The payout engine survives a missed schedule
Shared hosting does not guarantee a cron every minute. A single run settles every payout that has come due, and an investment is never closed while a payment is still owed inside its term.
Contract terms are frozen at purchase
Rate, frequency, hold policy, early-exit fee — thirteen conditions are snapshotted when a member invests. Editing a plan changes what you sell tomorrow, never what someone already bought.
A refused payout comes back to you
When a gateway declines, the withdrawal returns to the queue with the real reason attached — instead of sitting in "processing" with the balance already debited and no action available.
Every movement has a ledger line
Deposits, profits, referrals, transfers, bonuses and withdrawals all write a transaction with the balance before and after. Nothing changes a balance without leaving a row behind.
API keys are write-only
A saved gateway key is never rendered back into a page, not even in a hidden field. Replacing one is a deliberate action; a blank field never overwrites a stored secret.
Sensitive actions re-ask for the password
Money, security and destructive routes sit behind a confirmation window on both the member and admin sides — so a session left open on a shared machine is not enough to move funds.
A currency symbol never lies about the rate
Every balance and gateway keeps working in US dollars internally — nothing about that changes. What a member sees can still be displayed in their own currency, manual rate or live market rate, without the admin back office ever losing the real dollar figure it needs to reconcile against.

no background worker exists — because that is what most hosting accounts actually look like.

Integrations ship with the software. The merchant accounts stay yours — no money ever passes through us, and there is nothing to revenue-share.
Cryptocurrency
NOWPayments, PayKassa and CoinPayments as automated processors, plus a manual fixed-address rail per coin when you would rather receive directly. Members pay on your site — address, QR code and live status — never on a third-party page.

A campaign describes an actual prop-firm account — its size, the challenge cost, the team trading it. Distributions come from a real withdrawal your admin records, split proportionally to the units each member holds.
A public journal, not a black box
Live account health, a timeline of updates and every distribution are logged campaign by campaign, with per-block visibility your admin controls.
A compensation policy for a lost challenge
Every campaign carries a rule for what happens if the trading challenge fails — a refund, a discount on another campaign, or nothing, decided upfront and applied automatically, never improvised after the fact.
